This hotel boasts a fantastic location, just minutes from Nishi-Shinjuku subway. I found the room spacious for Tokyo, with a comfortable bed and clean amenities. Enjoyed the convenience of nearby eateries and laundromat. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. A perfect base for exploring!

We stayed with our kids and loved the hotel's comfy rooms and the many dining options nearby. The convenience of having a McDonald's and convenience stores just across the street made meals easy, and...

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The rooms had surprising amenities like microwaves and tea options. The on-site izakaya served delicious and affordable meals. I loved the laundry facilities, which made packing a breeze. I would definitely choose this place again, even after realizing the room size was a bit smaller than shown in photos.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved our stay here and visited Shinjuku Gyoen and the lively entertainment district nearby. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, and super convenient with easy access to the metro. Plus, the free smartphone...

Room was cozy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a private bathroom with shower and toiletries. It had free Wi-Fi and helpful staff if you needed anything. Location is perfect, right near Nishi-Shinjuku station. There’s a nice coffee shop downstairs and plenty of restaurants close by. Great for city exploration!

Perfect Place for a Short Stay in Shinjuku

We spent three nights here and truly enjoyed our time! The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Shinjuku. Don't miss the lovely coffee shop on the ground floor. their pastries are delightful! Just note to snag a table early, as it gets busy!

I chose this hotel for its great location near Nishishinjuku Station. It’s only a quick walk to the subway and about 15 minutes from Shinjuku. My room was clean and the bathroom was decent-sized, which I appreciated after long days out. The staff made an effort to help, especially when I needed to switch from a smoking room to a non-smoking one on my second day. I was glad they accommodated my request. On the downside, I experienced some inconsistency with the service during check-out. A staff member was rude and miscommunicated the checkout process, resulting in an unexpected charge for storing my luggage. Despite this issue, the location and cleanliness of the hotel made my stay comfortable. I also enjoyed having a family mart and several restaurants nearby for convenience. The lobby was welcoming and bright, a nice touch after a long day. However, better training for staff regarding customer service would really enhance the experience.

I had a fantastic stay with friendly staff and quick access to delicious breakfast options just a few steps away. I was thrilled to be a short 10-minute stroll from the vibrant Shinjuku Central Park and iconic Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buildings, making my city walks truly enjoyable.

The location was the best part—so close to Shinjuku station! 🚉 However, my room was quite small, and I had to shuffle my luggage around a bit. Overall good for a short stay!

The location excels with a quiet lane just steps away from a 7-11 and the metro, offering easy access to various attractions. Loved the comfortable bed and the strong hot water, ideal for braving the cold. The helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable with their quick responses to inquiries. However, the room felt quite small, and the dining options outside the hotel are limited.
